The Commission has a public comment policy which requires anyone who wishes to address the commission to make a request in person at the election office or via email, fax or phone no later than the close of business on the day of the meeting. A copy of the policy, which also addresses the code of conduct, is available at the election commission office.
The Commission will conduct business which comes before the commission pursuant to its duties listed in, but not limited to, T.C.A. 2-2-116 and to conduct any other business that may come before the commission at that time. All Commission meetings are held in the adjacent room to the Election Commission office at 5 pm.
